Job requirements and qualifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Apps
  • Motivated, flexible, and open to learning new sills

Core responsibilities and key tasks 

  • Running various monthly reports for clients through different web portals and formatting the data or our analysts
  • Combining data across multiple spreadsheets each week to identify the new information
  • Entering utility account data from utility bills to spreadsheets
  • Accessing web portals to pull current utility bills
  • Contacting vendors via phone to cancel utility services
