The Client Support Associate’s responsibility is to maintain the implemented savings mainly by communicating with the vendors. This entails obtaining information, written confirmations, and documents pertaining to the clients. Also works on new contracts/renewals in order to provide quality client service. The Client Support Associate is required to update the system and the reports with the obtained information and documents.

Job requirements and qualifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Apps
  • Motivated, flexible, and open to learning new sills

Core responsibilities and key tasks 

  • Make phone calls and send emails on a daily basis
  • Upload and store obtained documents and information
  • Update Reports – Excel, SalesForce
