We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support our recruiting and onboarding activities. The main responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.
If you have some experience in recruiting and you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Proven experience as Recruitment specialist (1+ year)
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- BSc/BA in HR, Business or relevant field will be considered like an advantage
Core responsibilities and key tasks:
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases
- Formulate and publish job advertisements on the official webpage
- Screen resumes and job applications, conducting initial interviews
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Network with potential candidates through LinkedIn
- Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms of employment with managers
- Onboard new hires and assist with orientation
- Help develop training programs for recruits and existing workforce
- Grow the number of internal referrals and represent Taskforce BPO at external events
