We are currently seeking a Procurement Administrative Associate to support our international clients with procurement and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of key procurement processes, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate directly with suppliers and internal teams. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including budgeting support,  PO maintenance, invoice matching, discrepancy resolution, and ensuring timely payments
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and maintain smooth communication across plants and teams
  • Onboard suppliers, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance documentation is complete, up to date, and renewed as needed
  • Support supplier account setup for plants and end users
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory across systems and physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and support reporting activities
  • Track and manage logistics operations, including ocean freight documentation, shipment milestones, ETAs, and invoice validation
  • Collect, cleanse, and maintain spend data while supporting reporting accuracy

Schedule

  • Type of Hire: Full-time
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Location: Skopje (On-site) and Shtip (On-site)

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, administrative support, or accounts payable
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
