We are currently seeking a Logistics Support Agent to support our international clients by providing front-line communication and coordination assistance. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who is eager to build experience, develop strong communication skills, and contribute to smooth daily operations. You’ll play an important role in ensuring clear, accurate, and timely support for callers and internal teams.

The Logistics Support Agent is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting with general inquiries, and ensuring accurate information is communicated to customers and stakeholders. This role is key in maintaining a positive caller experience while supporting coordination between departments and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, friendly support to callers
  • Respond to frequently asked questions and provide accurate information
  • Guide callers with directions and details related to show or event locations
  • Address inquiries regarding ongoing or upcoming show locations and logistics
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when needed
  • Collaborate with the in-house lead call center team member to resolve issues and implement corrections
  • Maintain clear and effective communication while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Shift: 2nd

Location: Skopje (Onsite)

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to fully understand and address caller needs
  • Clear and professional verbal communication
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in high-pressure or repetitive situations
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to follow processes and work collaboratively with internal teams
