The Logistics Associate supports daily shipping and receiving operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with carriers and drivers, and ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods. This role involves resolving basic logistics issues and maintaining organized records. It is an entry-level position designed for candidates looking to build foundational experience in logistics and supply chain operations
Key responsibilities:
- Managing incoming customer calls;
- Focus on providing our partners with world-class support;
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone and email;
- Accurately document customer interactions;
- Appropriately reply to all questions in a timely manner;
- Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times;
- Be professional, friendly and helpful;

Requirements:
- Fluent English ( both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
