Taskforce is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Insurance Specialist to join our team in Prilep. The ideal candidate for this position should be open to learning and using multiple data management systems and capable of working independently with minimal supervision once the training period has ended. An important aspect of this role is the need for positive and professional interaction with colleagues in the department as well as clients of Taskforce.
Job requirements and qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Economy, Business, or Public Administration) – minimum high school diploma
● Flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
● Good knowledge in the use of computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
● Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
● Detail-oriented in a multi-tasking environment
● Flexibility to work in different shifts, regardless of the time zone
Core responsibilities and key tasks:
● Operating multiple software, using dual screens
● Composing, checking, and processing email communication on a daily basis while maintaining a highly professional approach
● Answering and resolving customer inquiries via verbal communication when needed
● Dynamic workflow during the day, working on multiple tasks in the process of issuing an insurance policy
● Record keeping and/or form filing
● Updating Client’s Management system
