We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The position will require the ability to review invoices, do a quick analysis of the information, if needed – perform outbound calls to the correct utility vendor and accurately document results of conversation regarding the late fee.

Strong Microsoft knowledge in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.

Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed on a time-sensitive basis.

Previous administrative support experience is preferred.

Works well as a team or independently.
