We are looking for talented Customer Care Representative individuals who are committed to providing high-quality customer care, with a strong focus on accuracy, excellent telephone etiquette, and communication skills. While this is an entry-level position, we offer comprehensive training delivered by our expert Taskforce trainers to ensure your success. At this role you will support hospitals and medical centers by assisting patients and callers with a variety of needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mostly inbound outbound calls, emails, and text notes promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift (Hours to be discussed during the interview)
Location: On-site – Skopje Office
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette with active listening skills.
