Job Summary
The position – Billing Associate is part of Taskforce’s Healthcare Division.
Schedule: Full-time & Fixed work schedule – Shifts to be discussed during the interview
Location: Skopje; Kumanovo; Ohrid; Struga; Kavadarci; Negotino; Veles; Gevgelija; Kichevo; Krushevo; Strumica
The Billing Associate is responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance companies and bonds. The position is crucial to the financial cycle of all healthcare providers.
Job requirements and qualifications
- Strong engagement in English – reading, writing, speaking, and listening;
- Experience with back office/administrative functions, including data entry;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Multitasking;
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent Teamwork capabilities
- Problem-solving skills & good amount of patience.

- Cross-checking
- Review accounts for accuracy
- Preparation, review and transfer of claims.
- Track unpaid receivables.
