We are currently looking for an Insurance Specialist to join our growing team in Shtip. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can work independently after training.
As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for updating, modifying, and maintaining accurate insurance policy records for our clients. This role involves working with specialized software systems to ensure all policy changes are processed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in client communications. While this is an entry-level position, we offer comprehensive training delivered by our expert Taskforce trainers to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate across multiple software systems and dual-screen setups.
- Handle and process daily email communication with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone when required.
- Manage a dynamic workflow, handling multiple tasks related to issuing insurance policies.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and document management.
Schedule & Location:
- Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift (Hours to be discussed during the interview)
- Location: On-site (Shtip Office)
Requirements:
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
- Flexible and reliable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
