We are specifically seeking candidates who are fully fluent in both Spanish and English, as this role requires daily communication with callers in both languages.

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patients, clients, and other callers while assisting them with their inquiries. The job position requires handling both inbound and outbound calls via various channels including phone calls, text notes sent through patients’ charts and email messages. The future employees should be focused on delivering quality and superior customer care to all callers, accuracy, excellent telephone etiquette, and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle mostly inbound outbound calls, emails, and text notes promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.

Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift (Hours to be discussed during the interview)

Requirements :

  • Mandatory : Fluent in English & Spanish (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional phone etiquette with active listening skills.
