We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to support our international clients with daily finance operations, including invoicing, data entry, collections, and reporting tasks.
Although this is a junior-level role, it offers tremendous potential for growth and the chance to build a solid foundation in accounting. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience by working directly with international clients, financial systems, and industry professionals—making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to launch or accelerate their finance career in a global context.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with invoice preparation, reviewing claims, and processing financial data
- Perform accounts payable and receivable duties
- Support collections by following up with clients and maintaining accurate records
- Calculate working hours and assist with payroll or billing preparation
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data to prepare financial reports
- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide support on accounting best practices
- Maintain accurate financial records using international accounting softwares
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- 1+ year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, but motivated candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QBO, or Xero will be considered as an advantage

Shift: 1st shift Monday to Friday (9AM – 5PM)
