We are looking for talented Billing Associates who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to ensuring accuracy in financial processes to join our growing team in our Shtip Office. In this role, you will be responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance companies and bonds, playing a crucial part in managing the financial cycle of healthcare providers. While this is an entry-level position, we offer comprehensive training delivered by our expert Taskforce trainers to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-check and review accounts for accuracy
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies and bonds
- Track unpaid receivables and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Occasional communication with patients and insurance companies
Schedule & Location:
- Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift (Hours to be discussed during the interview)
- Location: On-site (Bitola Office)
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Experience with back-office/administrative functions, including data entry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Patience and problem-solving skills to handle complex billing inquiries
